I was very pleased to receive this kind of quality for the money. We did need to have an electrician come and install a GFCI receptacle next to the commode which added $130.00 to the total cost. I plan on purchasing the filter from Brondell to keep the Swash running smoothly over the long term, They last six months at a cost of $29.00. No need for expensive toilet paper! We keep a stash of dry wash cloths in a pretty basket to pat dry. I have severe arthritis and this is a blessing to own.

I have used the bidet for about a month. Pro's: 1. On time delivery. My friends and I ordered 5 units together. One unit had missing installation parts. Overstock replaced the item immediately and no cost in returning the unit. A+ service. 2. Installation instruction is clear and easy to follow. 3. Actual installation was easy. The multifunction tool came with the package handle all the installation needs. 4. The bidet is easy to use, looks pretty nice in the bathroom and works as advertised. Con's: None so far.

The Bidet was received in no time. The product was installed with ease. No problems at all with this order. I just wished OVERSTOCK has more of the items to choose from, but nevertheless, I'm very satisfied with the order. I have shopped many times here at OVERSTOCK and they never disappoint. Thank you very much. OVERSTOCK.COM ROCKS!!!!!
