I purchased this desk for my sons room. It is a small desk which is good if you have limited space. The assembling of the desk took about an hour and a half. When I unpacked the desk it did have lots of dust from the pressed wood, you can tell that if your not careful it can be easily scratched. Also it had a wet wood smell. However, the smell since then has gone away. Overall, it's not the best piece of furniture you can get but, if your looking for something simple that doesn't take to much room I would recommend it.
