I had to return the first rug because it had something hard on the edge, like glue or melted plastic, and it never flattened out after days of leaving heavy objects all over it. Overstock made the return process very easy and our new rug was received in a few days. The new rug was much better. It was almost perfectly flat as soon as we laid it down. The rug is very soft and thick. The colors are very vivid.
