This set is well made. The bars are heavy, supposed to be brass under nickel. The design is modern but not over the top modern. There are brushed nickel accents on mostly polished chrome, so if your hardware is chrome or brushed chrome, this set will match. Be aware that the towel ring is large and on a generously long stem, so that it can hold a fairly large towel, not just a small fingertip towel. We put the robe hook on the wall behind the door, for guests to hang cosmetic bags or clothes on hangers or a robe. The towel bar is 18 inches, which for us was the right size for the space we have. Very good set, I'd recommend it to anyone.
