Wood Top Desk with 3 Levels and Corner Shelf

Very nice desk for the money. I found it very easy to put together. It only took me about 1/2 hour.

I was expecting real wood, but otherwise it is a nice desk. I was difficult to assemble.

This computer desk has good points and bad. It was delivered quickly and was not missing any parts. There is no 800# anywhere in the paperwork only a website. Some of the parts were labeled incorrectly. There were not that many pieces and I thought it would be easy to put together but I was wrong. It was hard to put together because the instructions were horrible. The very first instruction told me to take board "A" and insert hardware. The hardwear did not fit however, I finally figured out that part "A" was labeled part "K". When ever you had a new piece to assemble they didn't show in the picture the holes that were in the board so you couldn't tell if it was upsidedown or backwards. Also the holes in the boards were not big enough to accomodate the screws. Most screws had to banged in with a hammer before they could be screwed in. They also sent a small screwdriver but the tip broke off it on the very first screw I used it on. You will need a short phillips head screwdriver for one section, Also the metal CD holders were bent and had to be pounded back with a hammer so I could put the printer stand on the unit. I also noted the surface is a stick on material that actually pulled away from the surface when I inserted the screws through the desktop porrtion of the unit. You would not be able to set a glass or any food item on this or it could easily be damaged. If you have kids that could be a problem. I do like that this computer desk is small and compact and takes up very little space in my sons bedroom. It has no drawers in in so you will need a separate drawer unit if you find you need a drawer. My major complaint is assembly and next major complaint is the surface material. Hope this review helps.
