The pieces were packed well, but there was damage to a support block under the dresser. I didn't realize the dresser and chest would need support blocks under them. The pieces wobble even on a carpeted surface. There were a few scratches and the drawers do not slide on a rail. You cannot remove the drawers unless you press in on a tab and then remove them. The insides of the drawers are bare wood and not finished. Pieces were missing as well as hardware, but they were sent by UPs--hardware, screws, etc. and supports for mirror.

I really love this bedroom set, i would recommend this set. I have to say it looks really good in my bedroom I LOVE IT!

This set is exquisite. I am so impressed by it I would buy another one if givin the chance. The headboard is a little strange with buffalo leather encased cushions, but other than that it is perfect and classic. The rails that attatch the mirror to the dresser were not included; everything else arrived as promised.
